Data Deletion Instructions

You can disconnect Bitcoin Miner-Canyon from Facebook or request the permanent deletion of data associated with your game account.

1. Remove Bitcoin Miner-Canyon from Facebook

1.Sign in to Facebook.

2.Open Settings & privacy, then select Settings.

3.Go to Apps and Websites.

4.Find Bitcoin Miner-Canyon and select Remove.

5.Confirm the removal when prompted.

6.If available, open the Removed section, find Bitcoin Miner-Canyon, and select Send Request to request data deletion.

Removing the app stops future access through Facebook, but it may not delete data already stored on our servers. To request complete deletion, follow the instructions below.

2. Request deletion from our servers

Send an email to support@btccanyon.com with the subject:

Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your Bitcoin Miner-Canyon player ID, if available.

• The email address or Facebook User ID associated with the game, if applicable.

• A statement confirming that you want the associated account data permanently deleted.

Do not send your password, payment card information, recovery codes, or other authentication credentials.

3. Data covered by the request

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the data associated with the identified account, including where applicable:

• Facebook profile information received by the app.

• Account identifiers and login associations.

• Game progress, activity records, and account history.

• Other personal data associated with your Bitcoin Miner-Canyon account.

We may retain limited records where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution.

Content that you shared directly on Facebook is controlled by Facebook and may need to be removed through your Facebook account.

4. Processing time

Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 7–15 business days.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion has been completed or an explanation if certain limited records must be retained.

Important notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleted game progress, account records, and other associated data cannot be restored.
